We are informing all customers about Scheduled Upgrades on the Hardware Node over the next 7 days (1/7/14 - 7/7/14). Please note, it is advised that all customers take a recent backup of their data. We cannot be held responsible for loss of data or service during the Upgrade process. Our provocative is to cause a minimum disruption to service during these upgrades and we envisage a smooth process. However, we cannot guarantee this 100% and so we advise you have recent backups of your data on your local machine. Please keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages to keep up-to-date with any issues that may occur during the Upgrade process.
